An estimate, not a quote — it cannot see your building. Prices exclude VAT. What we send you after a look at the space is the number that counts, fixed for the scope written in it.

A capture point is one place the tripod stands — one spot you can stand in and look around from. A tour includes 15 of them, which covers most shops, flats, clinics and offices. Every point beyond that adds 5% to both the build price and the monthly fee for that tour, because each one is another position to shoot, stitch, link and then keep serving.
Past 30 points we stop applying the percentage and quote the tour properly instead. At that size the honest answer is a site visit, not a multiplier.

Vehicles and single-scene work cost far less.
The prices above are for walkable tours of buildings. A single 360° scene — one car interior, one machine, one room — is a fraction of the work: one position, one stitch, no linking, no floor plan. Done in batches, on one visit, the cost per unit drops sharply.

What some of these actually mean.
Five words on this page are industry shorthand. None of them should cost you a phone call to understand, so here they are.
- Capture point
- One spot the camera stands in. A tour is a set of them, linked so you can walk between them. We reckon on one per 35 m², and the count is what the price follows.
- Measured floor plan
- A scaled plan of the space drawn from the scan, with the room dimensions on it. It is accurate enough to brief a fit-out or size a stand, not a surveyor's drawing you could build from.
- HDR still
- An ordinary flat photograph cut out of the 360° capture and edited, so the windows are not blown out and the corners are not black. Use them anywhere a photograph goes.
- Point cloud
- The scan itself: millions of measured points, as an E57 or LAS file. An architect or contractor can open it and work from it. A BIM model is made FROM a point cloud and is a separate job.
- WCAG 2.2 AA
- The accessibility standard Danish public bodies are held to. We review the pages around the tour against it and tell you what we found and what we changed. It is a review and a report, not a certification, and a 360° viewer cannot be made equal to the written page for every visitor — the still images and the text are what carry it.
The small print, in full
- All prices are excl. VAT.
- Development is invoiced on delivery. Hosting and maintenance are monthly, in advance.
- Hosting means we keep the tour online and reachable, on our servers or on Matterport's for a tour made with it, with no limit on how many people open it or how often.
- Maintenance means we keep it working: browser changes, broken links, and the backups behind it.
- Travel is included within 50 km of Aalborg. Beyond that, DKK 500 per 50 km, charged once per visit however many tours are captured on it.
- One revision round is included on every tour. Further rounds are quoted before they start, never after.
- Cancel the monthly fee with a month's notice. We hand over the finished panoramas and stills before it goes offline.
Before you decide
What does a 360° tour actually cost in Denmark?
A price to build it, then a monthly fee to keep it online. A home, shop or clinic with up to 15 capture points is DKK 2,400 to build and DKK 299 a month to host and maintain. A bigger space adds 5% to both for every capture point beyond the fifteen. From three spaces it drops to DKK 1,900 and DKK 199 each, and on the Studio plan three new tours a month are included. Travel is included within 50 km of Aalborg and DKK 500 per 50 km beyond it, charged once per visit however many spaces we capture on it. All excl. VAT, and the pricing page carries the whole table.
What if my budget is smaller than your list price?
Say so in the first email. We would rather scope a job down to what your budget genuinely covers — fewer viewpoints, one space instead of four — than quote a number you cannot say yes to. If it still does not add up for you, we will tell you that too rather than take the work.
When does the subscription beat paying per tour?
Later than you might think — around twenty tours a year. Studio is DKK 4,400 a month and includes three new tours built every month, so it only pays for itself if you genuinely need that many. Below it, Portfolio at DKK 1,900 a tour is cheaper, and below three spaces so is a single tour. The estimator on the pricing page works it out on your own numbers, and we will tell you which side you are on during the scoping call — including when the answer is the smaller plan.
Is hosting a one-off or a subscription?
A subscription, and we would rather say so plainly. There is no year of hosting included and no lifetime hosting, because a tour costs something to serve for every month it is online. It is DKK 299 a month for a single tour, DKK 199 each on a portfolio, and DKK 149 on the Studio plan beyond the three included. Cancel with a month's notice; we export the tour and its imagery to you before it goes offline, so what you paid to have built stays yours.
