How we work, in writing.
These are the terms behind the prices on the pricing page. Anything we agree with you in writing that differs from this takes precedence over it.

Quotes and prices
A quote is a fixed price for the scope written in it, and it holds for 30 days. If the job changes after you accept — more spaces, a second visit, a different deliverable — we requote before doing the extra work, never after.
Prices on this site are excluding VAT. Travel is quoted with the job.
What a capture includes
The deliverables listed on the pricing page for the plan you chose, and one round of revisions to the finished tour. A revision means correcting what we produced: retaking a viewpoint, fixing a hotspot, changing labels. Capturing spaces that were not in the scope is a new job, and we will say so rather than quietly absorb or bill it.
Access, and what we need from you
We need the space reasonably tidy, the lights working and someone to let us in. If we arrive and cannot capture because the space is not ready or access was not arranged, we will rebook; if that happens more than once we may charge for the wasted visit, and we will tell you before we do.
Who owns what
You own the imagery of your premises and you have full commercial usage rights to it from the day it is delivered — in listings, on portals, in print, in advertising, with no extra licence and no expiry.
We keep the right to show the work in our own portfolio. If you would rather we did not, say so and we will not; you do not need a reason and it does not change the price.
Hosting, and getting your work out
Hosting runs for the period stated in your plan. If you stop hosting with us, we hand over the finished panoramas and stills so the work does not die with the subscription. We do not hold your imagery hostage to a renewal.
Payment, cancellation and liability
Invoices are payable within 14 days unless we agreed otherwise in writing. You can cancel a booked capture up to 48 hours before without charge.
We are liable for our own work: if we get the capture wrong we come back and redo it at our cost. We are not liable for business outcomes — no tour can be promised to produce a particular number of bookings, and we will not pretend otherwise. Our liability for any one job is limited to what you paid us for it.
