Questions we get before the first call.
If the answer you need is not here, ask us directly — we will answer it in writing before you commit to anything.
Pricing & scope
What does a 360° tour actually cost in Denmark?
DKK 2,400 to 9,000 for most jobs. A standard home or shop with up to 15 panorama points lands at DKK 2,400. A hotel, showroom or restaurant typically runs DKK 4,000 to 9,000 depending on floor count. Multi-building sites are quoted. All prices are excl. VAT and include travel in North Jutland.
What if my budget is smaller than your list price?
Say so in the first email. We would rather scope a job down to what your budget genuinely covers — fewer viewpoints, one space instead of four — than quote a number you cannot say yes to. If it still does not add up for you, we will tell you that too rather than take the work.
When does the subscription beat paying per tour?
At roughly eight tours a year. Below that, per-tour pricing is cheaper. Above it, the Studio plan is. We will tell you which side you are on during the scoping call, including when the answer is that you should not subscribe.
What happens after the first year of hosting?
DKK 300 per year, or nothing at all on the Studio plan. There are no per-space fees and no cap on the number of active tours. If you leave, we export the tour as a self-contained package you can host yourself.
Capture & delivery
How long does it take?
One visit, and far less of your day than people expect. A typical commercial floor is captured in a single uninterrupted pass while you carry on working around us. Larger sites take proportionally longer, and we give you the figure for your building with the quote rather than a number off a website.
Do we need to be there during the capture?
Only to let us in. One operator, one tripod, no lighting rig and no crew. Have the space tidy and the lights on; after that nobody needs to stay. For premises with people in them we capture outside opening hours.
Do we need to buy a camera or software?
No. Capture, processing, hosting and the viewer are all included in the price. If you already own an Insta360 or Ricoh Theta and would rather shoot yourself, we will host and build the tours from your own imagery on the Studio plan instead — say so and we will price it that way.
Can we change the tour after it goes live?
Yes. One revision round is included with every tour, and text, hotspots, links and branding can be edited at any time afterwards at no charge. Re-capturing a space because it has physically changed is a new capture and is priced as one.
Results & technical
Does a virtual tour help our Google ranking?
Indirectly on your own site, directly in Maps. The reliable mechanism is publishing the 360° imagery to Street View and tying it to your Google Business Profile, which surfaces it in Maps and in local results. On your own site the gain comes from dwell time and interaction — but only if the tour sits inside a real page with descriptive copy around it, not dropped in as a bare iframe. We set up both.
Will it work on a phone?
Yes, and on a headset. Tours run on WebGL in any current browser, on phones, tablets, desktops and VR headsets. There is no app to install and no login for the visitor.
Can we embed the tour on our own website?
Yes — with one exception we would rather you heard from us. A tour we build and host sits on your own domain, in your colours, with your logo: nothing of ours appears in it anywhere. Where a job genuinely needs Matterport's 3D capture instead, that tour is hosted and rendered by Matterport and carries their mark inside the viewer — it cannot be removed, by us or by anyone. We tell you which of the two a quote is for before you accept it, and an embedded Matterport still sits inside your page, under your branding.
How accurate is the floor plan?
±3 mm, laser-derived. Depth is measured rather than estimated from photographs, which is what makes the tolerance defensible for appraisal, insurance and tender files. You can also measure any distance inside the finished tour after the fact.
Legal & GDPR
How do you handle GDPR?
With a data-processing agreement signed before you upload anything. Tour assets and any enquiry data captured inside a tour are handled under GDPR. We will sign a DPA and hand over the sub-processor list on request. For public-sector and education tenders this is usually the deciding line item.
What about people or number plates in the imagery?
We capture outside opening hours wherever people are present, and we blur any face or registration plate that survives into the final imagery. For clinics, schools and workplaces this is the default, not an add-on.
Who owns the tour and the images?
You do. You get full commercial usage rights to the imagery on delivery, and the tour exports as a self-contained package you can host yourself if you ever leave.
Can you meet public-sector accessibility requirements?
Yes. Tours are keyboard-navigable and labelled for screen readers as standard. For public-sector and education buyers we supply an accessibility statement and a WCAG audit against the delivered tour, which most procurement files require.
